📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
• Optimize store layouts and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability
• Train and develop retail associates to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of retail operations with other business functions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using SAP Retail for inventory management and Microsoft Power BI for data analysis
• Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the healthcare retail sector
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
