📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses and developing job descriptions.,Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.,Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.,Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Assisting in performance management and employee development.,Providing HR support to managers and other departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools is a plus.
