📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers to foster a strong talent pipeline.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote setting.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM, and HRIS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and employers.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Kalimantan Barat.,Ability to travel to Mempawah for office work as required.
