Smart Life Sejahtera is seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team in Boyolali. This is an immediate opening, so we need someone who can start right away. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users and systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the network and data.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.
