📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the retail outlet, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales targets by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics.,Train and develop sales staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Maintain a clean and organized retail environment that reflects the company's brand.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
