Byte Glow Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records and documents.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
