Hotel Cahya Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our hotel and dental clinic in Sukabumi. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and dental clinic, ensuring that all services are provided efficiently and effectively.,Managing a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Ensuring that the hotel and dental clinic are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and patients.,Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new guests and patients.,Monitoring and managing the budget for the hotel and dental clinic, ensuring that all expenses are kept within the allocated budget.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the hotel and dental clinic are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Providing exceptional customer service to guests and patients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience.,Working closely with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the hotel and dental clinic are running smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.,A strong understanding of healthcare regulations and requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,A passion for providing quality healthcare services and a commitment to excellence.,A degree in hotel management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.,Experience in dental clinics or healthcare facilities is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a must.
