In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance reviews.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with other departments to address employee concerns and resolve issues related to HR policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs and workshops.,Support the HR department in compliance activities, including maintaining records of employee training and certifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.
