📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and preparation of banquet events, including menu selection, décor, and guest arrangements.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the banquet area and supporting facilities.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations, and ensure that all staff follow these guidelines.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new event ideas and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
