📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe operation of the vessel and compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyages efficiently, including route optimization and fuel management.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's equipment and systems to ensure they are in good working condition.,Supervise and coordinate the work of the crew, including deck and engineering personnel.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to ensure the safety of the crew and passengers.,Monitor weather conditions and make decisions to ensure the safety and efficiency of the voyage.,Handle communication with shore-based personnel, including port authorities and other stakeholders.,Ensure the vessel's documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with international maritime regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or Master Mariner.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English and local languages.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Proven track record of safe and efficient voyage operations.,Experience in managing and supervising a crew.,Familiarity with navigational software and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
