📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and engage with digital native customers in the APAC region.,Understand customer needs and pain points to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the technology or digital services industry.,Strong understanding of digital native customer behavior and preferences.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Familiarity with the data and AI industry is a plus.
