📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve staff performance and knowledge.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide support to staff during training sessions and address any concerns or questions.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
