Web Express Dinamis is looking for a passionate Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. This is an urgent opportunity, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to inform decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and technologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
