📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development of e-learning courses and multimedia content using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Collaborate with the L&D team to gather and analyze data to improve learning programs
• Support the creation of training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive simulations
• Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in corporate learning
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution
• Assist in the evaluation and assessment of learning programs
• Provide administrative support to the L&D department
• Contribute to the development of learning and development strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education, or a related field
• Strong understanding of e-learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Proficiency in using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard
• Passion for corporate learning and a commitment to continuous improvement
