📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the reception area calendar.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including supplies and equipment.,Handle and process mail, packages, and deliveries.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.,Monitor and ensure the security of the reception area and building.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and troubleshooting.,Good knowledge of English or local language is a plus.
