Bright New Berjaya is seeking a talented and dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Coordinate benefits administration and ensure compliance with company benefits programs.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
