Depot Elsa Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are properly stored and used.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary meals as required.,Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic computer skills for remote communication and collaboration.,Willingness to travel to the clinic for on-site work when required.
