Bengkel Fitri Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to meet the high standards of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our patients and staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards set by the kitchen manager.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Participate in health and safety audits and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
