Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve company goals.,Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
