📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to plan and execute maintenance projects.
• Oversee facility management tasks, including cleaning, waste disposal, and security.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support to building occupants and address their concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance building efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Building Technician or similar role.
• Proven experience in maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and facility management best practices.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and facility management systems.
• Valid certification in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems (e.g., NATE, BICSI, or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
