In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing and design teams to create visually stunning content for our social media platforms, website, and print materials. You'll also assist in organizing our events and workshops, ensuring they are both engaging and memorable. Every day, you'll bring fresh ideas to the table and collaborate with a talented team to bring those ideas to life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative campaigns for social media, website, and print materials.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events and workshops.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for creative projects.
• Manage and update our creative assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Contribute to the development of our brand identity and visual style.
• Assist in the planning and execution of photo and video shoots.
• Support the team in maintaining and updating our creative portfolio.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in the arts or marketing industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles and trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about art, culture, and community engagement.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
