📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track customer inquiries and sales leads using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of used vehicles to ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers, ensuring all terms are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our inventory and special offers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used car industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
