📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain automated and manual equipment in food processing plants
- Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of equipment
- Provide training and support to other operators
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment operation and maintenance in the food processing industry
- Knowledge of automated and manual equipment used in food processing
- Understanding of HACCP and other food safety standards
- Certification in equipment operation and maintenance (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and maintenance management software
