📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate high-end F&B events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and elegance.
• Work closely with event planners, chefs, and service teams to develop and execute creative event concepts.
• Manage vendor relationships, including caterers, florists, and entertainment providers, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control for events, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising on quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in luxury hospitality and event management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and customs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and enhance guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in luxury hospitality settings.
• Proven track record of successfully executing high-end F&B events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and customs in Bali.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
