• Develop and implement strategic plans for construction projects, aligning with company goals and client requirements.
• Oversee project management processes, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, optimizing resource allocation.
• Utilize advanced project management tools such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project to enhance efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Proven expertise in using project management software such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
